Event Rentals

Thank you for your interest in renting RhythmAddict Dance Center for your next event!

We are a working adult dance studio Mon-Fri and we moonlight as an Event Center on the weekends.

We are in an industrial park so we have lots of free, safe parking. We also don't have any noise restrictions since we're not in a residential area, so you can go as late as you'd like.

With 2 large ballrooms to choose from, and 4 clean, well-appointed bathrooms in the building, RhythmAddict can offer a comfortable space for groups from 25 - 125 for all kinds of special events.

Tables (6' rectangular) and standard white folding chairs are included for each rental.

This is a layout of the entire studio.

Ballroom C is in the NE corner of the building and can be entered through Door 2.

Ballroom A is in the SE corner of the building and can be entered through Door 4.

The Waiting Area/Lobby can be entered through Door 5 via a handicap accessible ramp and is included with rentals of Ballroom A.

We are about one block South of Arrow and just a little bit West of Archibald on Business Center Drive.

The main entrance for the dance studio is through the Front Office with the Suite A over the door on the North side of the building.

Each room has:

  • external doors for ease of use for renters & guests
  • it's own individual heating/cooling system & controls
  • draping over mirrors
  • clean white/light grey walls to allow a clean slate for any decorating or filming
  • a built-in sound system for background noise for events (for excessively loud music, plan to bring a speaker or DJ)
  • Just added - dimmable LED lighting
  • Just added - ceiling fans with lights

The studio has:

  • 4 clean, well-appointed ADA compliant bathrooms
  • tons of free, safe parking on all sides of the building
  • ample 6' rectangular banquet tables and folding white chairs for events
  • a small refrigerator/freezer
  • a kitchen sink for filling water in chaffing dishes

Ballroom A

With over 1600sf (45'x36') of space and high ceilings, this is the perfect location for any special event for up to 125ppl seated and still have room for a small dance floor, DJ or small band.

Baby showers, gender reveals, birthdays (all ages), graduations, pop-ups, dance events, and even wedding receptions can be held in this spacious ballroom with it's own heat/air conditioning and a floating dance floor. Regular lighting is provided by overhead dimmable LED lights. There's an option to turn those off and turn on the hanging string lights for ambience. We have also recently added 8 ceiling fans with lights as yet another option. Add a couple of DJ lights, and you've really got a party!

The 40' of mirrors is covered with custom curtains during all special events.

External doors for private entrance.

Rental includes the lobby area for food set up.

We've seen photo booths, small live bands/singers and even bouncy castles in this room. What are your ideas for your event?

Lobby

The lobby is located in between Ballrooms A & B and is included in the rental of Ballroom A for food/drinks for an event, or even a photo booth.

Ballroom C

With over 1,000sf (34'x30') of space and high ceilings, you can comfortably fit up to 60ppl seated in this room along with tables for food/drinks and some decorations.

Baby showers, birthdays (all ages), graduations, and even wedding ceremonies can be held in this beautiful ballroom with it's own heat/air conditioning and a floating dance floor. Just added dimmable LED lighting and 6 ceiling fans with lights give you lots of options for ambience.

External door for private entrance.

The 40' of mirrors is covered with custom curtains during all special events.

Clean white draped walls allow for any color scheme to be the center of attention. How would you decorate this space?

Availability

Ballroom A:

  • Saturdays & Sundays

Ballroom C:

  • Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays

Except as already booked for special events, social dances or bootcamps scheduled by RhythmAddict.

All rentals must be a minimum of 5 hours.

Pricing

Ballroom A:

  • Up to 75ppl - $150/hr.
  • 76-125ppl - $175/hr.
  • Special - Up to 75ppl for 8 Hours for $1,000
  • Special - Up to 125ppl for 8 Hours for $1,275

Ballroom C:

  • Up to 60ppl - $120/hr.
  • Special - 8 Hours for $900

Payment/Deposit and agreement to all terms & conditions, is required at the time of booking.

A Deposit of 50% of the booking along with a signed Rental Agreement, are due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30-days before your rental.

A refundable $200 Event Rental Deposit for excessive cleaning & damage is required one week before your event. It will either be returned within 3-5 days after your event or you'll receive an email with the reasons the deposit was not returned.

You can cancel your rental 31-Days before your event and receive back your deposit. After full payment (30-days before your event), no refunds are offered for cancellations or a reduction of rental hours.

Please review attached Event Rental Contract for Terms & Conditions. You'll be required to sign and abide by those rules when booking space.
